Revise, review and finalize

Mould making and revising

Once we get your approval, we start creating molds and cut the wood parts according to the design, constantly checking to ensure everything fits and works as intended.

Sample making and modifying

We will assemble a sample and send it to you for approval, where requested modifications will be addressed before proceeding with full-swing production.

Aluminum: Kingmake aluminum alloy is more and more popular in modern outdoor furniture due to its lightweight durability, rust resistance, and excellent workability. We uses 6063 aluminum tubing—offering exceptional strength at just one-third the weight of iron—while its natural protective oxide layer ensures superior corrosion resistance, even in harsh coastal or high-humidity environments. Enhanced with powder coating, our furniture delivers unmatched resilience for outdoor and seaside use. 18 powder coating color options.

2. Weaving Material

Outdoor PL /OL/ EQ Rope: rope offers superior durability, weather resistance, and elegant aesthetics, making it the perfect choice for both functional and decorative outdoor living.

Fabric Weave: You can choose from various fabric options like polyester, solution-dyed acrylic, or Sunbrella fabrics that are UV resistant and easy to maintain.

Design: You can customize the weaving pattern, choosing between traditional woven looks or more contemporary and streamlined designs.

3. Cushioning & Upholstery

Cushion Fill: The type of foam used inside the cushions can vary. High-density foam provides more comfort, while quick-dry foam is ideal for poolside and rainy weather furniture.  

Fabric Choice: Fabrics like Sunbrella, Olefin, or outdoor performance fabrics are durable, fade-resistant and water-resistant.
