Kingmake was founded in 2008 on a simple premise: hospitality projects deserve outdoor furniture that survives real-world weather without compromising on design.
What began as a small workshop in Foshan has grown, over 18 years, into an 18,000-square-meter production facility supporting hotel groups, resort developers, and furniture brands across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
Our name reflects how we work with clients — not as a factory taking orders, but as a manufacturing partner helping brands "make" their vision real, from first sketch to finished installation. Every collection we ship carries the same standard: full-penetration TIG-welded aluminum frames, FSC-certified teak, and multi-stage quality inspection before it ever leaves our facility.

Meet Our Factory
A look at four of the production stages every Kingmake frame passes through in Foshan.
Our veteran welders perform full-penetration welding on custom-bent aluminum components. Every joint is fused with advanced TIG technique, turning individual tubes into structural frames built to withstand decades of outdoor stress
Hydraulic arms apply up to 12 tonnes of pressure as cold alloy flows into calculated arcs. Sensors monitor stress in real time as each bend is verified to 0.5° tolerance — zero fracture, every run.
Every welded frame is degreased, phosphate-pretreated, and electrostatically coated in a UV- and salt-resistant powder finish, then oven-cured at high temperature for a chip-resistant surface built for coastal and tropical climates.
Before any frame leaves the floor, it passes dimensional checks, weld-integrity testing, coating-adhesion testing, and a final visual audit — so only frames meeting Kingmake's ISO 9001 standard are packed for shipment.
