Kingmake Pipeline Collection Two-Seater Sofa is built around a continuous curved aluminum tube frame, bent into a smooth wave shape that forms both the armrests and backrest support — a distinctive look that sets it apart from standard boxy outdoor sofas. Each armrest joint is hand-wrapped in a thick rope cord, adding texture and covering the frame connection points cleanly. The frame is aluminum, powder-coated for weather resistance, and paired with two back cushions and one long seat cushion, all upholstered in quick-dry Olefin fabric that resists fading, mildew, and moisture buildup outdoors. This combination of a lightweight yet sturdy frame and low-maintenance fabric makes the sofa suitable for high-traffic commercial spaces like hotel terraces and resort lounges, as well as private villas and rooftop gardens where both durability and design matter equally.

Customize

Frame Strength, Lightness & Finishes

The Pipeline sofa uses 6063 aluminium for a high strength-to-weight ratio—solid in daily use yet easy for staff to move. Finishes include standard powder coat or wood-effect powder coat. Both are engineered for outdoor corrosion and UV resistance. A wide RAL palette (18+ options) supports brand-led schemes across properties.

Rope Detail

Side panels are finished with OL rope for a refined, outdoor-ready texture. The rope is selected for UV stability and weather resistance, holding colour and feel through changing seasons while adding warmth to the clean metal frame.

Cushion Engineering

Choose between standard comfort cushions for covered lounges or quick-dry options for spaces exposed to rain or splash. Cushions use supportive cores with removable covers so teams can launder or replace them quickly. Fabric options include durable outdoor textiles specified for lightfastness and cleanability.

Branding Options

Keep spaces on brand with subtle embroidery (up to five colours) or jacquard woven tags matched to Pantone values. A discreet frame mark can be added on request without interrupting the clean silhouette.

Maintenance & Care

Rinse the frame and rope with fresh water; use mild soap for stubborn dirt. Avoid abrasives and solvent cleaners. In coastal sites, a brief weekly rinse helps minimise salt build-up. Wash cushion covers per fabric guidance and air-dry before reuse.

Packaging & Shipping

Each unit is protected in export-grade cartons with corner reinforcement. For larger orders, we plan container loads to optimise space and reduce landed cost. Lead time: 30 days, with global freight and paperwork support.

Compliance & Testing

Quality checks run through welding, finishing, rope application, upholstery and final inspection. On request, we provide load and seam-strength data, colour-fastness information and certificates of origin for submittals.

Dimensions & Ergonomics (optional on page)

Seat depth and back angle are tuned for relaxed conversation comfort in lounges and terraces. During sampling, we can adjust cushion thickness or glides to suit table heights and preferred sit-feel.

Warranty & Support

Covered by Kingmake’s 5-year warranty on frame and finish under normal commercial use. Replacement covers and parts are available to keep sets consistent over time.
