Open to OEM and ODM
We build chairs from your drawing, photo or sample. Changes can include seat height, back angle, leg shape, powder coat color and cushion thickness. Our engineers review each change for strength and comfort before we make a sample, so the final product works in real use. Kingmake keeps records of each approved sample for later reorders.

Fabric and Material Range
The standard build uses aluminum, and other frame or rope weaving options can be discussed for special projects. Cushions can use Yilan olefin fabric, Sunbrella or other acrylic cloth. All are made for outdoor use and resist UV and water. Send us your target market and budget, and we will suggest a fit.

Mould making and revising

Once we get your approval, we start creating molds and cut the wood parts according to the design, constantly checking to ensure everything fits and works as intended.

Sample making and modifying

We will assemble a sample and send it to you for approval, where requested modifications will be addressed before proceeding with full-swing production.
