Conceived by Bill and crafted by our master woodworkers, this high-end wooden dining chair is made from solid teak for stability and season-to-season reliability. Each piece is carefully sanded and finished by hand to highlight the wood’s character and create a smooth touch. In resort restaurants and hotel terraces, the chair maintains its elegant appearance under frequent use and changing weather.

Send us your design

Start the customization process by sending our team a copy of your design through available channels. If you don’t have a design yet, our designers can work with you to have one done.

Revise, review and finalize

Our team will adapt your existing design for the current project and will provide professional recommendations on how to elevate the design to fit your budget or requirements.

Mould making and revising

Once we get your approval, we start creating molds and cut the wood parts according to the design, constantly checking to ensure everything fits and works as intended.

Sample making and modifying

We will assemble a sample and send it to you for approval, where requested modifications will be addressed before proceeding with full-swing production.

Customize

1. Frame Material

Teak Wood: All Kingmake teak furniture uses Grade-A, imported teak—chosen for durability, weather resistance, and natural beauty. Grade-A heartwood contains dense natural oils and tight grain that help resist rot and pests outdoors, making it the gold standard for teak furniture. 

Finish Options: keep the golden teak look with natural oil, or allow it to weather to a silver-grey patina for a softer, aged tone. We offer 12 teak finish colors to align with your design. (Colour availability per project specification.)

2.Cushioning & Upholstery

Cushion Fill: The type of foam used inside the cushions can vary. High-density foam provides more comfort, while quick-dry foam is ideal for poolside and rainy weather furniture.  

Fabric Choice: Fabrics like Sunbrella, Olefin, or outdoor performance fabrics are durable, fade-resistant and water-resistant.
