This Alpha Collection outdoor daybed features two adjustable reclining loungers set beneath one solid aluminum canopy frame, laser-cut from a single aluminum panel for a stronger, seamless structure compared to traditional welded canopy frames. This one-piece process removes weak weld joints at the canopy corners, giving the frame extra stability to support the shade structure through wind and daily outdoor use. A teak wood slat base adds natural texture underneath the cushions, while the canopy top uses breathable, UV-resistant fabric that provides shade without blocking airflow. Cushions are wrapped in quick-dry, waterproof material suited for direct poolside exposure. This daybed works well for resort spa areas, hotel poolside VIP zones, and beach club cabana sections where guests expect a more premium, shaded relaxation option.

Customize

Frame: Strength, Weight & Finishes

The frame is 6063 aluminium—strong, stable, and much lighter than iron, so teams can move pieces without strain. The powder-coat finish comes in standard RAL tones or a wood-effect look. Both options are made for outdoor use and resist corrosion and UV fade with simple care.

Rope System

The backrest uses UV-stable, salt-resistant PL rope. It keeps its colour and tension outdoors and has a small, controlled stretch so it feels supportive but not stiff. Multiple rope colours are available to match your project.

Cushions

Pick standard comfort for covered areas or quick-dry cushions for pool decks and rainy climates. Both use outdoor foams and removable covers for easy washing and replacement. We offer durable, solution-dyed fabrics for strong colour hold in sun.

Branding

Add subtle branding with embroidery (up to 5 colours) or jacquard woven labels matched to your Pantone values. A small frame mark is possible on request.

Maintenance & Care

Rinse the frame and rope with fresh water and use mild soap when needed. Avoid abrasives and solvents. In coastal sites, a quick weekly rinse helps prevent salt build-up. After heavy rain, stand quick-dry cushions on edge to speed airflow; always air-dry covers.

Packaging & Shipping

Units ship in export-grade cartons with reinforced corners. For large orders, we plan loads to maximize container space and reduce costs. Lead time is 30 days, with global freight and paperwork support.

Compliance & Documentation

We run QC at each step—welding, finishing, weaving, and upholstery. On request, we can supply load and seam tests, colour-fastness and salt-spray info, material data sheets, and certificates of origin.
