Aluminum Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets KMO1313

The KMO1313 excels in dynamic outdoor kitchens through its split-level design. During prep, chefs organize utensils in four dedicated drawers—knives in the top secured slot, spices in the second, grill accessories in the third, and linens in the bottom. When service begins, staff slide out the wheeled base to transport heavy cookware directly to cooking stations or hose down soiled pots at cleaning areas without lifting. Positioned near grills, the GRC top serves as an instant plating surface. Coastal resorts leverage this mobility during pop-up beach dinners, while food trucks relocate the stocked base between events. The aluminum frame withstands frequent movement and ocean air corrosion.

Overview

Engineered for adaptive commercial workflows, the KMO1313 combines secure upper storage with mobile bulk capacity. Four lockable drawers feature tiered organization:

Top: Safety-latched tool slots, and spill-resistant spice trays.

Bottom: Ventilated accessory compartments, and deep linen storage.

The removable lower trolley houses heavy items like Dutch ovens or stockpots on commercial casters, rated for 330 lbs across uneven decks. Marine-grade aluminum slats ensure corrosion resistance during poolside or coastal use, while the 2cm GRC top tolerates 400°F heat from sheet pans. Quick-release pins enable base detachment for separate cleaning. Pre-installed anchor points secure the upper cabinet during transport. With non-marking wheels, it reduces setup time by 70% for caterers, beach clubs, and mobile kitchens versus fixed cabinets.
