Aluminum Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets KMO1312

The KMO1312 revolutionizes high-traffic outdoor kitchens with its space-saving sliding doors and integrated drawer system. During dinner rushes, staff effortlessly glide doors leftward to access three tiered drawers: top for grilling tools (tongs, thermometers), middle for spice canisters, and bottom for backup fuel canisters—all while leaving the left cabinet section freely accessible for large platters. The sliding mechanism prevents door-swing conflicts in cramped marina kitchens or food truck alleys. Positioned against walls, its GRC top serves as an auxiliary prep surface during peak hours. The aluminum slat construction withstands grease splatter while enabling ventilation for stored damp towels, making it essential for humid coastal operations.

Overview

Engineered for ergonomic efficiency, the KMO1312 combines sliding-door convenience with smart vertical storage. Dual flush-mounted doors glide on industrial-grade tracks, saving 18" of clearance space versus swing doors—critical for narrow service corridors. Behind the right panel, three full-extension drawers feature non-tip design:

Upper: Secure-hold knife slots and tool dividers

Middle: Spill-proof containment for liquids

Lower: Heavy-duty base for propane tanks

The left cavity accommodates oversized items like mixer bowls or stockpots. Constructed with marine-grade aluminum slats, it resists salt corrosion while promoting airflow to deter mildew. The 2cm GRC top tolerates 400°F contact from sheet pans. Pre-installed anchor points enable wall-mounting in earthquake-prone zones or mobile kitchens. NSF-compliant and optimized for 50% faster item retrieval than traditional cabinets, it excels in stadium concessions, ferry galleys, and rooftop bars with space constraints.
